Mission & Vision:

Spirit Bear Center Society exists to provide programs that encourage and assist youth to build confidence, self esteem and a spirit of independence.

Spirit Bear Center will operate a rehabilitation shelter for female youth, with treatment, education and training to improve the skills of residents and help them to become positive role models in their communities.

Spirit Bear Center will be a 10 bed wraparound rehabilitation center/shelter for female youth at risk of experiencing homelessness and/or substance misuse issues.

Youth have the right to live safe, healthy, and positive lives away from negative influences.  The rehabilitation/center is a place where young women can come and learn to become responsible for their own recovery.

Young women will be given the proper level and quality of treatment.  Spirit Bear Center will provide for the social, educational, spiritual healing, recreational, and artistic needs of the Native women who come to the center.

Our goal of the center is to walk alongside young women so they will be able to make positive changes in their lives.
